This is a contest that is a snapshot of each comic’s ability. In no way shape of form is it a reflection of how well all the comic’s who competed in this contest will do in the long run. It is basically Sammy and myself using our combination of over 50 year’s in this business to watch their set and somehow assign a number to how they did on that particular night. All contest’s should be taken with a grain of salt, but nonetheless below are the finalists that will compete Tuesday June 2 at 8:30pm for a $200 cash prize, a 15 minute spot on Comedian Vic Henley’s show at Minglewood Hall on June 12th, and the crown of the Funniest Person in Memphis 2009.
